Screening Criteria — Applicant Notice

Income
Gross monthly household income of at least 3× the monthly rent.
Credit
Credit and rental history reviewed. No open evictions within five years.
Employment
Verifiable, stable employment or income source for the past 12 months.
References
Two positive landlord references, when applicable, are required.
Application Fee
Non-refundable per adult applicant, payable to Three Roses Property Management.
Fair Housing
Applications are evaluated without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class.
